This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Account Executive. As a Sales Account Executive at MegaEdge, your day-to-day tasks will include lead generation, account management, communication with clients, relationship building, and providing excellent customer service. This role is primarily located in Nairobi County, Kenya, with the flexibility for some remote work. (Remote options available)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels (cold calls, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to meet their virtual assistant requirements.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
